1914-15 Star Trio Casualty Medals Stamped to 15567 Pte, W Spicer, BEDFORDSHIRE, REGIMENT
William Spicer went over to France with the 1st battalion Bedfordshire Regiment on 27th April 1915 and was Killed in Action on 14th April 1918. He lived in the village of Great Hormead Hertfordshire.

William Thomas Venner Enlisted in 1898 into the 3rd Dragoon Guards, serving in the Boer War with this regiment. posted to 4th Dragoon guards in 1902, until 1915 when posted to the Dorset Regiment and attached to the 7th Bn Munster Fusiliers for service in the Mediterranean . Transferred to Welsh Regiment in April 1917. Finally discharged in 1920.

Henry Turner enlisted into the Royal Warwickshire Regiment during November 1909 he would serve in France until transferring to the Military Foot Police in June 1917. He received a gunshot wound to his left shoulder during the war and was discharged in December 1918 as no longer physically fit.

Albert was Killed in Action on the 10th March 1915 He came from Harpenden and aged 18 years old.
Albert was awarded a 1914 bar, the one seen is a copy.

Medals come with original boxes, all have been crushed, with medal rappers. Georges "Soldiers small book" his original, Second class certificate of education dated 1904. Original Qualification sheet for a Telegraphist dated 1904, rate of pay as a Telegraphist.
George went to France on 14th August 1914 and was awarded the Military Medal in June 1916, this medal is missing from this lot.
